The regeneration of Barne Barton, once Britain鈥檚 largest naval estate, is transforming the post-war housing into a more modern neighbourhood with affordable housing.

Clarion and Lovell Partnerships recently marked the completion of the first 18 homes in Phase 1, welcoming residents to energy-efficient properties fitted with solar panels, electric vehicle charging points and air source heat pumps.

A further 143 homes will be delivered as part of this first phase, with all homes due to be completed by summer 2026.

Clarion and Lovell, part of the Morgan Sindall Group, have now agreed on phase two, which will deliver a further 61 new homes.
