Bowmer & Kirkland acquires fit-out specialist

Denton Associates (Group) Limited, founded 30 years ago by Mike Halewood 鈥 Denton is his middle name 鈥 has around 50 staff and a turnover of 拢37m, according to its latest accounts.

Denton specialises in office interior design and fit-out. Under the ownership of Bowmer & Kirkland, which turned over 拢1.3bn last year, it is expecting to take on 聽larger and more complex projects.

Denton will retain its own corporate identity, styled as Denton, a Bowmer & Kirkland Group company. Its existing leadership remains in post.
