BIM Technician Job in Marylebone, London

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the BIM Manager in implementing BIM and digital construction procedures across all project stages.
- Manage and maintain project BIM files and model coordination.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of BIM templates and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Revit and modelling issues within project teams.
- Contribute to clash detection and coordination meetings.
- Train and support junior team members in BIM software and processes.
- Ensure design documentation is compliant with practice standards and quality expectations.
Required Skills & Experience
- HNC/HND or higher in a construction-related subject.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in design, drafting and coordination.
- Extensive knowledge of Autodesk Revit (Navisworks and ACC desirable).
- Experience with AutoCAD, Enscape, InDesign and/or Rhino preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, organised and adaptable with a collaborative mindset.
