Project Manager, IT, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of technology projects-from planning and execution to delivery-ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards. The Qualifications We Seek
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT project management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
At least 5 years of project management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing project teams
Agile or PMI certifications (preferred)
Your Daily Tasks
Lead end-to-end management of Technology and Operational projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations while monitoring progress and mitigating risks
Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather requirements and define project scope
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal cross-functional teams to implement complete solutions
Monitor project deliverables and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
Facilitate change management activities to support solution adoption and user training for successful go-lives
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices in project management
