Job Title: Multi-Trader - Property Services (North East)

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Multi-Trader to join our property services team, covering various locations across the North East. This role is ideal for someone with a solid trades background, looking to apply their skills across a range of property maintenance and refurbishment projects. From residential homes to commercial properties, you'll be responsible for completing a variety of tasks, ensuring that high-quality standards are consistently met.
As a Multi-Trader in the property services sector, you will be expected to handle multiple trades such as carpentry, plastering, tiling, basic plumbing, and general repairs. A CSCS card is required, and candidates with experience in property services or building maintenance will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing general maintenance and refurbishment tasks on both residential and commercial properties.
Carrying out repairs across a range of trades, including carpentry, plastering, tiling, and basic plumbing.
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with company and client expectations.
Managing time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
Complying with all health and safety regulations while on-site.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements:
CSCS Card (essential).
Background in one or more trades (e.g., carpentry, plastering, tiling, basic plumbing).
Proven experience in property maintenance or the property services sector.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Full UK driving license and own transport required
Own tools required.
