Since being established in 1985, CFP has been involved in the design and manufacture of hydraulic power packs, systems and components, later becoming a valued part of the Challenger Group in 2010 and then subsequently with the acquisition of Universal Hydraulics Ltd in 2018, Earthmover tyre handler grabs.

Based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, CFP has highly trained knowledgeable staff and a large fully equipped workshop facility.

Clients include the Ministry Of Defence MOD, automotive, earth mover tyre, construction, mining, hydraulic, railway, recycling and many overseas industries providing a wide range of services including hydraulic power pack design and manufacture, hydraulic component supply, earthmover tyre handler design and build and on site service and maintenance.
