Vivid development and new business director Tristan Samuels said: 鈥淰ictory Quay is about more than building homes 鈥 it鈥檚 about building futures. Their experience and collaborative approach give us confidence as we move into the delivery stage 鈥 bringing forward the first homes and the beginnings of a new community."

The first homes are expected to be ready for Vivid鈥檚 tenants in late 2026.
