What You'll Do
Be part of our client's team as a .NET Developer and lead the modernization of a complex participant management system. You'll develop scalable backend services, rebuild the frontend interface, and collaborate with global teams to deliver seamless digital experiences that meet modern performance standards.

What You'll Bring
- 3-5 years of professional experience with C# and the .NET stack
- Proven experience in SQL Server-backed applications
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
- Experience handling complex data models and multi-step workflows
- Strong understanding of secure authentication and role-based permissions
- Skilled in file uploads, data parsing, and API integrations
- Experience with legacy system migration or Drupal data
- Knowledge of multi-tenancy architecture and scaling strategies
- Familiarity with ASX or financial data APIs
- Experience in document generation or PDF tools
Highly Desirable:
- SQL Server, React, GitHub, Teams, and Asana
Preferred:
- Experience in financial or equity-based systems
- Familiarity with ATO ESS reporting tools and data formatting
Your Impact in Action
- Lead the rebuild of a complex participant management portal
- Develop clean, secure, and scalable backend services using .NET and SQL Server
- Rebuild frontend interfaces using React or Angular
- Translate Drupal functionality into efficient .NET logic
- Develop custom modules for share vesting, tranche management, and tax reporting
- Implement and manage role-based access controls
- Build and support API endpoints for scalability
- Create a bulk import/export engine for data management
- Integrate delayed ASX price feeds into dashboards
- Support report generation and custom exports
- Collaborate with the dev and PM team for architecture and QA
- Maintain documentation and handover guides
