Responsibilities:
Visiting client sites to validate BMS infrastructure and assess IT readiness for IoT deployments
Conducting RF and LoRaWAN surveys to optimise sensor placement
Installing and commissioning IoT devices, gateways and sensors
Managing devices and diagnostics on platforms like Loriot
Troubleshooting network and data transmission issues
Working closely with clients and project teams to deliver smooth rollouts
Experience Required:
Solid experience with BMS or controls systems in live building environments
Working knowledge of IP networking, VLANs, switches, firewalls etc.
Familiarity with Modbus, BACnet or related building protocols
Comfortable with site work, fault-finding and client interaction
Curious about IoT, cloud integration and modern wireless technologies
